Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Items must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Hair accessories

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or special-order items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right. 💕
